3. Purpose of the data

Personal data is collected by DORO for a number of purposes. These are explained below.

3.1. Contacting us

Your data will be collected if you contact DORO via the website. However, this form only asks for the data necessary to offer a proposal or service, such as your name, e-mail address and description of your question.

3.2. Analytics

DORO's website collects your data to improve the website. This is done with Google Analytics. This data is anonymous and not linked to your personal data. This includes information such as the duration of your visit to the website or the pages you visit most frequently. All data is only processed with your explicit consent or in execution of the agreements entered into, or because processing is necessary to bring you into contact with potential clients and/or contractors. You can accept or reject these Analytics cookies in the cookie settings.

3.3. Use of cookies

During a visit to the site, cookies may be placed on your computer's hard disk. This is done only to make the site more responsive to the needs of returning visitors. The data received and processed by DORO are managed through:

4.1. Microsoft Office 365

The email from DORO is hosted with Office 365. If you contact us via the forms or via e-mail, these e‑mails will be stored on Microsoft's servers.

4.2. Versio

The website (and database) are hosted at Versio. Data that you leave behind on the DORO website is stored on Versio's servers.

5. Storage period

Your data will be stored by DORO for a longer period of time, but never longer than is necessary for carrying out activities, unless we have to keep your data longer on the basis of a legal regulation.

5.1. Contacting us

The moment you contact DORO via e-mail, the data you send, such as your name and e-mail address, will be stored on the Google mail server. These e-mails are stored for a maximum of three years.

5.2. Analytics

The data collected by Analytics on the website is anonymous, i.e. not linked to your name, company or e-mail address. This data is stored indefinitely within Google Analytics.

6. Security

No physical copies will be made of your personal data. Your data will only be managed in the above-mentioned systems and software.

The personal data managed by DORO or by previously mentioned third parties can only be accessed via the above-mentioned software and are password-protected.

The devices that access your data are each themselves also locked with a password and/or fingerprint. The number of devices that can access your data is limited to only the necessary devices.

In addition, your visit to our website is secured by an SSL certificate. This means that your connection to the DORO website is private. You will recognise this security by the padlock in front of the URL (HTTPS://).

7. Your rights

7.1. Right of inspection

You have the right to request your data that is recorded and stored at DORO at any time. You can do this by sending an e-mail or contacting valerie@doro-hse.com by telephone. You will then receive an overview of your data.

7.2. Right of rectification

Is your data incorrect? Or has your data changed? You have the right to have this rectified by DORO.

7.3. Right of transfer

If you need the data stored at DORO in case you switch to another party or service, you have the right to transfer. DORO must transfer all your data to the other party.

7.4. Right to erasure of data

Do you no longer want your data to be recorded at DORO? Then you have the right to have your data deleted.

7.5. Right to file a complaint

7.6. Right to stop data use (objection)

Do you not want DORO to use your data? Then you have the right to stop the use of your personal data. You can exercise these rights via valerie@doro-hse.com by sending a copy of your ID card in which the passport photo, the numbers at the bottom of the passport, ID card number and national number have been made illegible. We aim to respond within one week.

8. Obligations

DORO processes personal data on the basis of a legitimate interest, namely a commercial interest. This includes offering services or products of DORO via e-mail. Your data will never be sold to third parties.

The data required to be supplied are the minimum data needed to offer our services or products. For example, your e-mail address is required to send an offer. If these required data are not provided, DORO will not be able to offer the service in question.
Should it be necessary to share data that you have shared with DORO with parties other than those listed above (for example, to offer a service), your permission to do so will first be requested.
